Tricia began her real estate career 16 years ago in Dallas, TX with CB Richard Ellis' Corporate Advisory Group after graduating from SMU with a BBA in Finance and Real Estate Finance. Commercial real estate was her initial career path, representing and assisting "Fortune 500" companies with their real estate acquisition and disposition process, including site selection analysis and suitability, assessment of market value, and negotiations of lease and purchase agreements.
After relocating to Nashville, Tricia decided in 2002 to transition into residential real estate. This allowed her to continue using her professional real estate advisory and transaction experience, closing over $18.8 million in sales, while raising a family and working on residential development projects with her husband.
Knowledge of construction quality and transaction efficiency are most important for today's growing and busy families. "I know the market, and I know what it is like to be a busy parent".
